Transfers to Jurong Island, Tuas Mega Shipyard and Sembawang Shipyard are charged as a minimum 2 hours disposal, because of the extra time taken to change entry passes before entering the final destination.
Before you reserve a coach
24-hour advance booking
A minimum 24-hour advance booking is required for all 23-seater Toyota Coaster and 45-seater luxury coach reservations.
Cancellation
Once a booking has been confirmed, any cancellation incurs a 50% cancellation fee based on the original fare. This fee is paid as compensation to the assigned driver.
Questions before you book
How far ahead should I book a coach?
At least 24 hours in advance. For events and school trips we recommend booking as early as possible.
Is waiting time charged?
The first 30 minutes of waiting time are complimentary. If waiting exceeds 30 minutes, the trip is charged at double the original fare.
Is there a late-night surcharge?
Yes. A $50 midnight surcharge applies between 2300 hours and 0700 hours.
