We keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but services, prices, opening hours and promotions may change without notice. Please check with us, or at the point of booking or ordering, for the latest details.
3. Bookings, orders and enquiries
Bookings are made by WhatsApp, by telephone or by email, and a booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the vehicle and the fare. Fares are the rates published on this website in Singapore dollars, plus any surcharges shown on the Fleet & Rates page, such as midnight, extra stop and waiting charges, and a 10.9% admin charge for payment by credit card. Coach bookings need at least 24 hours' notice, and a confirmed coach booking that you cancel incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cross-border transfers follow the conditions on our Cross-Border page, including the approved pick-up locations in Johor Bahru and the charges that apply if a passenger is refused entry.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including our name, logo, photographs and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content for any other purpose without our written permission. Reviews and testimonials shown on this website are the reviewers' own words.
